    Just use "sudo bash" command to open terminal as root owner...

    And then change the permission of file by this command

    chmod 777 filename

    in our case
    chmod 777 RootStockInstaller

    @yash patel
    what twrp version are you using? i had the same problem because modified twrp isn't/wasn't supported. Also, you have to enable adb in twrp.

    I'm more interested in the posts between @yash patel and @horst58 :D:D:D:D:D:D
    Have you even read the first lines of the first post? hahah
    Don't try this if you don't feel confident with what you're doing!!! xD
    Neither if the problem is Ubuntu! Neither if you think the instructions are written for dummies! xD xD

    All the best bro... No one has completed Ubuntu ROM so far...it would be an achievement to get this to a stable one :)

    Try to give root access to Apps & ADB

    and try to do this
    write adb kill-server
    Then disconnect your phone from PC
    then connect again and write adb start-server

    then finally write adb devices

    @mariogrip how does it going? Maybe you need any help? I've tryed jolla it's cool but ubuntu touch much more coller. xD . But there's already sms and 4g/3g working, calls working except sound xD. Myabe you could ask something vgrade? Both jolla and ubuntu touch uses qt as main language. Maybe we could use parts of jolla's HADK or parts of it's work? ubuntu touch looks much more... I like it's light ui and much more intuitive gestures!!!

    I don't want to ask a stupid question but I can't figure out the answer.... The spoiler for what's working in first post, is that updated? I see nightlies and I don't know if anything has changed yet? I'm not being rude and I am amazed at your work thus far! Keep it up and I can't wait for WiFi, calls/data and for whatever the app store is too. Thanks in advance!
