    Hey,
If your router is already setup by the internet provider, there is no need to do any extra settings for the TV to work via LAN Cable. You can just plug and play. Are you getting any error?

You don't have to fill them. Ethernet is not connected to internet. Please check your router setup by entering 192.168.0.1 or your IP in any web browser and try checking ethernet connection settings. Please attach a photo of the cable connected to the TV and the router.
Or, try restarting your router. The Proxy setting function is not required for you. Please attach a picture
If it shows not connected after these steps also, try connecting the ethernet cable to your laptop and try checking if you can open internet. If not then you have to go through your router setup settings.

If TV is connected via WiFi, then why do you need a LAN?

Ok, I understand the problem. But can you please post a picture of the LAN Cable which you have connected to the TV and try the steps I mentioned above

Okay, thanks for the image. The wire looks like it is having a hardware issue. Can you please connect it to your laptop once and try to see if internet is working on laptop?

As @Yash Pratap Singh. said the cable looks damaged at the terminal. You can check with another device and change it if needed. Meanwhile you can use your other existing cable (Grey one) to connect to TV and Check if it's length is sufficient.

I also wanted to recommend this, but he said that he has connected it to home automation system, and disconnecting it can cause rebooting of the home system, which takes some time.
