There are many apps that can do this.

You could also do it over Bluetooth if your PC had the capabilities.

Or, what I personally do, is use Google Drive. Upload your files there, and then download them from your online account

That application is strictly for clipboard. Text coping. He wants to transfer files from phone to PC ( multimedia files like images, ringtones, music , documents etc ). Something like air drop on iphone

That's not true. I personally have sent multiple images using this method. According to the Play store description you can transfer files this way too. It's more than just the clipboard you can share directly to the app which will then put it up there for it to be accessed from other devices. To test this I just sent an Excel document from my cell phone to my computer without a problem. the cell phone was using cell service and the laptop was using Wi-Fi (using completely different networks or the same network it still works).

This description even goes on to say that you can move video from a phone to other devices. I have included a screenshot of the description for clipt..

I have been using File Manager Pro for some years that allows you to access the phone folders via WiFi from your PC. Just activate sharing from your phone and then type the indicated address into the browser.
I find it useful when you need to transfer files but don't want to recharge your smartphone by connecting it via USB cable. I think it costs some money (having bought it now in the PlayStore I don't see the price) but it is functional and has good graphics. If I remember correctly there is also a free version to try it out before buying the paid one.

Have you tried "FileDash" option of OnePlus File Manager?

It's inbuilt functionality of OnePlus File Manager; you may not require any third party apps for this..

"FileDash" is gone from OnePlus 9 series and replaced with Androids nearby share (built directly into the operating system). From a quick internet search nearby share only works with chrome after enabling a flag.

It keeps coming back, just check if you have the latest version or wait for the next updates.

If still not then high probability will come back with some other updates.
