sharmabharath199 , via OnePlus 3T , Jun 3, 2020 : Volume controls in my OnePlus wireless z are not working (sometimes the volume up does work when on calls) but mostly they fail to respond on phone and pc.. is it a software issue or a hardware one so that i can replace my earphones
