Better option wud be mi or realme in budget segment will get far more ultimate end features and fixes better than this Nord they have made so much cost cutting in every aspects at this price range other brands giving 4 times more than this brand nor the build is good as the full housing ring is weak got broke below the volume and power button in slightly pressure, another display issue while playing pubg in HDR settings, camera quality u get same or much better than $200 less devices, face unlock doesn't work while using it with third party apps it works but with default settings it wouldn't even allow us to proceed to register the facial I'd,the only plus point is the 5g at $400 and oxygen os the rest useless even realme 7x pro ll be the most cheapest flagship 5g handset with dimesity 1000+ and with more hardware features did a blunder by buying this handset better was Mi instead.

Below the following issues faced after 4 months of using Nord:
    1. Camera:
    - Image processing has latency say, after a shot is made in Photo, Portrait, Nightscape mode which is creating blurred pictures at the end.
    - Too much light exposure in all the pictures.
    - Default beauty mode causing pictures to be smoothened out.
    2. Network:
    - Unstable network reception.
    - Causing interruption while playing games.

    3. Crashing Apps like Instagram, Facebook.
    4. Battery gets exhausted very fast.

As a beginning, try not using the phone while charging, set the refresh rate to 60hz, lower brightness etc... You can also try not to expose the phone, especially the back, to direct sunlight. As far as reality goes I think there isn't much else to try. Good luck

Man, i tried really hard to grasp your donation joke but sadly i couldn't. My nord has never gotten hot likewise yours to the level of it being a deterrent of a positive usage so i am just trying to understand where you're coming from and what could be the issue. Now, on the real tho, because you said that you are not the most basic end consumer(i hope you weren't offended by the simplicity of the suggestions i had, everybody's an ignorant 🔚 consumer till they prove otherwise to me. I hope we agree on that. Now, you can try to play around with the max frequency of both clusters of the CPiU, e.g the 6 cores of the kryo 475 a76 chipset. Then you can try lowering the big cluster's frequencies as well. Then you can try fiddling with schedulers, wakelocks and other bullshit that could be preventing your phone from entering doze (deep sleep). For all those things you would need to root your phone and void your guarantee.(for which you paid with YOUR OWN MONEY so i hope you overcome that 😁). You can try a custom kernel, lower cpu voltages, in general try to minimize activity of the thermal throttling module of android kicking in. My phone rarely goes above 32-34C in normal usage, up to 39 when gaming. That's been my experience. Do you even know what temperature your phone reaches, which component is the origin, is there adjacent heat issues or whatnot. In the absolute most screwed scenario, you have a hardware defect. Some transistor somewhere or voltage regulator. Who knows. Good luck
    P. S i forgot a faulty battery possibility, or you having ****** it up by playing games while charging over extended periods of time and charging cycles. There are probably more adequate culrpits for such issue but i am preaching to the choir here
