Without CyanogenMod it would be one more from the rest. Sure it would still be great, but it wouldn't stand out from the rest, you know?

    No CM, no OPO!

Since 2nd gen dualcores and 720p hardware got much less important. Even a GNex is imho still a capable device, good enough to handle everything but the newest 3d games.
The only thing I miss is an ir blaster.

If there was't cyanogenmod on the community for opo, maybe i should've bought nexus5
Stock cm doesn't make me choose opo, but i know the stock cm makes the thubgs easier for the community (and im on cm11. Because of the kernel and not the cm11s. But i really like the GUI of 11s, i have the hexo theme and icons and camera and keyguard)
But this the the best phone out i think :D

Nope, I would be completely happy with stock android. What drew me to the OPO was the specs for the price, that's all.CyanogenMod was just an added bonus (its a plus, but I would have bought the OPO without it)

Yes - if the price, specs and it was as easy to root - without Cyanogen - I'd still get it. It's still a hell of a good phone - and I use other ROMs with it anyhow. But, having said that, it was the partnership with Cyanogen that initially caught my attention.

This phone without CM would be the OPPO Find 7 without removable battery, SD card support, rapid charging.

I wouldn't have bought it without the Cyanogen input... I mean, hardware wise it would still be a top phone for the money, but a big concern of mine with Chinese phones has always been android updates... and Cyanogen promised 2yrs rom support so that's good enough for me! :) Plus I like how Cyanogen roll with their roms :)
