    I have given complaint on 6th july.still escalating team really worest service and worest customer care.
    I am going to give complaint to OnePlus tv.

    Just time pass with customers.I don't see this type service .all of them are fake promise From OnePlus team.if not satisfied customers please shutdown OnePlus tv services.

    What do you expect? We all are users like you and trying to help out in someway or the other and you feel bad that we don't reach your expectations of not resolving your issue?
    I never "escalated" your issue as much as I recall. We only had discussion about your issue.
    Now that you shared your ref id, I requested the CS to look into it. And as per my experience the service has been really bad with very delayed response and resolution, but that's how it is.

    Very poor service...I create repair for my OnePlus TV it's been more than 2 months but issue not resolved still no answer from them....
