Yes, but if you happen to work on a fast-food restaurant (for example), using your smartphone is not allowed and you risk being fired. I used to work on fast-food restaurants and I'm talking from experience, if the manager ever saw you glanced at your phone, you wouldn't not see another day of work -they went as far as to establish a new rule that didn't allow you to have your phone on you-

I think it's 24 hrs to claim the invite.

once claimed, I think you have up to a month to order. not really sure about the one month, but very sure it's not 24hrs.

If you did receive an invite from One Plus, contact support and explain the situation. I'm sure they'll make things right. If you received an invite from another person, they should be able to resend it to you.
