You should look for the app/process not letting your phone go into doze.

Edit: Google services seems to be the culprit here.
Clear data of google services from app settings.

Have you installed same app in the last 2 days? if yess, than delete that app. Now clear cache and data from google play service, than clear cache from settings-store, than wipe cache from recovery.

mine is fine here. these are steps i did.
    1. clean install 4.1.3
    2. after i did the initial steps, i disabled all google apps, except play store.
    3. enable doze mode
    4. install all apps needed
    5. background data settings for all the apps which are no background data needed.
    6. silent all notifications for apps which you think no need for notifications.
    7. check all apps for battery optimization
    8. install greenify and do the settings you want
    9. clear data and cache for google play service (after clearing, do not close/back the window settings)
    10. restart to recovery and clear cache.
    11. done!
btw, im using blackberry hub for emails substitute for gmail app.

    howdy I am on 4.1.3 OP3T.
battery life is awesome, I am getting 1.5 to 2 days with normal usage, this includes some showbox, Netflix, YT AMD social media.
I never done clean installation just all from OTA's.
There was a period that after 4.1.3 battery was draining noticeably quicker and after a week I done factory settings.
    Device is perfect ever since.

so you cant live without google apps? dont complain about you battery then.
most google apps are battery eater and all of them have alternatives.
i dont buy phone because i want to use google apps. ios doesn't have that.
my phone work better without them (google apps).

the culprit is not google services here. I had the same issue mobile radio active from google play services but in fact it was Facebook Messenger ! after i uninstalled it the draining was gone.

so my advice for you it is to uninstall any Facebook app and see if you still have mobile radio active. if not then you have found the culprit. if you still do have this drain than it must be another chat app

    good luck

it's only a thing about luck, not all are having problems with this apps some of us might have some of might not have. but it's worth a try to uninstall and reinstall
