Worst company i've ever dealt with!

    Dude, first of all you cannot compare oneplus with Volkswagen.

    Volkswagen has been around for over a century now and oneplus has just started up not even a couple of years ago AND the MAJOR difference is their products..

    Secondly, I've been an avid Oneplus one user for over a year now and I can never be happier with the phone I have.. Everything in it, is flawless! If you face any issues, just read through the forums and I can guarantee you will find a soft solution to your mic issue. FYI - there is a mic issue which is resolved by properly upgrading to the new COS12.1-YOGPAS3JL

    I have a similar problem. Communication is the worst. My phone won't charge. So I am living without a phone for over 2 weeks now. I started a ticket. It got transeferred to 4 people already. Nobody can help me. So really how come you have people working there without even being able to help people.

    You have to answer the same question for every person handling your ticket again and again.
    Communicating and support is not their strong point.

    So if you want a nice phone for € 400 that will work fine. But you will never be able to fix it if it gets broken. Because they do not have the capacity, knowledge in the company to help the people with problems.

    Not a happy customer

    This should teach you a valuable life lesson. Cheap is not always the best choice and buying from any Chinese company is never ever a good choice :)

    Just to give my experience:

    I bought my OnePlus One 64GB in june 2015, had some problems with the signal antenna. I wrote a ticket and I went through the RMA process without any issue. I now have a new OnePlus One fully functioning.

    I had another RMA with the powerbank. They immediately sent me a new one.

    So I went 2 times through the RMA process and I am very satisfied as of now.

    I would buy another OnePlus product.

    Well i bought a OPT ,and i dont want to end up sh*tcreek.It cost a lot of money to purchases these phones budget or not.So i'm sorry for your troubles pal, i hope you get the issue resolved...OP take care of your CUSTOMERS

    The op doesn't care that your phone works fine, that's not what this thread is about. One Plus has a 1 yr manufacturer warranty on the device but actually taking advantage of that warranty is next to impossible for some.

    it takes a while but if you persisted you would have got your rma. My opo got stuck on boot loop and after a couple of weeks I got a replacement

    Wow you're clearly unlucky in life, no need to deter any others from trying OnePlus. Everyone has different experiences.

    If you wanted to return, why didn't you just do an RMA??

    unless you live under a rock, you should have known better. these forums serve as a warning sign of the issues of this company. you chose to ignore it because you wanted to be cheap. you can only blame yourself.

    why shouldnt he deter others from a bad company. should roads not have warning signs to deter others from sharp turns? maybe some people can have different crash experiences :rolleyes:

    a solid company should not have different experiences. thats what quality assurance is for, so that everyone gets the same great experience and satisfied.
