Worst Customer experience .. Are they winding up business in India

    I was a proud oneplus user until Dec 8th and on that day my oneplus 8T showed up a Qualcomm Crash message and did not boot. Next day I visited authorised service centre, but they just advised me to sent it to a different service centre via Pick up and Drop and it got picked up on the same day. Though the device reached service centre on 13th, they chcekd it only on 20th. They ordered for some parts(Device is under warranty) and it seems they are still waiting for back cover(today its 20th day since I sent it for repair) and Oneplus is not able to confirm a date by when they will be able to sent it back. Escalated and closely followed up with customer care but no luck. Its a new model and if its spare parts are not available, i think they have some other plans. my case ID is Case ID: 211222-010971 can you please help @camohan .. attached the conversation I had with oneplus twitter handle

    Moderators do not work for OnePIus, we can help in escalating and ensuring it reaches to right team but getting a date or Eta is not possible.

    No response yet .. I feel something going wrong with OnePlus .. otherwise such a delay will not happen ... I sent the device in 9th Dec ... It's with repair center since Dec 13th ... If they need such a long period ... Then there is something seriously wrong

    Hi @pablofg1978 thanks for your response and escalating it ...
    Just to list the timelines

    Dec 13th onwards device is with OnePlus customer care
    Jan 1st (18 days passed by then) you have kindly escalated it
    Jan 7th ( Device is with service centre for last 25 days) still waiting for the repair to complete

    Here we are speaking about OnePus 8T repair, which came tho the market 1.5 years back and still being actively sold. Not sure how many days more I need to allow for its repair

    @pablofg1978 OnePlus being a premium brand and taking such a long(36 days now) to repair a model actively sold on market is unacceptable ....what is surprising me is that they are not able to commit a date by when it will get repaired .... Pathetic ...
