Worst customer service

    Hello,

    I have purchased OnePlus 6 from OnePlus official website and choose No cost EMI at the time of purchase. As I was paying for the EMI amount which bank use to send through SMS and after completing 1 year I looked at the statement and still outstanding amount was approx 39000 above and I purchased at 41000 above so I enquired with the bank they said the amount which was received was just the interest at 3.86% and not the EMI amount. They informed me to Talk with merchant from where I have purchased so I contacted OnePlus and they reverted with Unique way that I have not purchased on no EMI cost and purchased via EMI option.

    So I want to tell if I have purchased via EMI also then why my amount was not converted to EMI and due to mistake of one plus I have to pay extra 28000/-
    means over all cost for one plus 6 for me is 69000/- just because of one plus forgot to initiate bank to convert the amount into emi.

    Yes - they have the worst customer service. I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to find out why they lowered my trade in value. Should be pretty simple, it was lowered because xxxx.. but no.. 3 made up responses and 2 escalations and still nothing. Last guy said - we will work hard to give you the best answer.. how about, just give me the truth. ffs

    The same thing was told me will try to revert with best possible option after that sending many Emails now they have stop replying.

    EMI is a bank partner, right?
    And you bought your device with insurance you'll get a no-cost credit?

    yes it's bank partner but it's done when merchant forward the details to convert it as the transaction is done with merchant platform so they don't no further details.
