Worst oneplus service via OnePlus Community App

    My oneplus buds z are not working well after 4 months of use, their is a problem in pairing and sound lags so much. I attempted a pick and drop service by oneplus and they cancelled my request they said that they used it for approx half hour but they didn't get the issue, I said them that I have been using it for 4 months so I would be more known about its issues how they would get to know about it after using it less than 1 hr. Then in a very rude manner they said me that you can send it 10 times but we will not replace it.I want my buds replaced as I had paid for it and oneplus services and it is today also in warranty. Ashame of yourself if you are not satisfying your customers. Oneplus is worst.I also own a oneplus Nord but next time I would not buy a oneplus product.

    Please escalate as soon as possible because they have generated the waybill number to despatch and saying that we will only stop when we would recieve a mail from oneplus to replace them. Please help me and get them replaced..

    I have escalated the case. In normal circumstances I allow 48hrs for response, but you have to understand and appreciate that due to the pandemic, it might be further delayed.

    See they have dispatched it after I requested them so much that please don't dispatch it call centre will mail you about this.

    It's ok. Even if they dispatch it and you receive them back doesn't mean your escalation will be over. Case can still be resolved

    My buds are lagging so much and they also have a pairing issue, I also sent a video to OnePlus as a proof but that doesn't matter for them. Please help me @SoniaB. I read your postings you also sent new buds to a customer as he said that he got duplicate ones.
    Please help🙏. You can understand that it is not easy to spend 2700 rs on small buds for a middle class family.

    But if they can't reproduce the issue (as per their response above), even when you were present at the service centre, then they will deny replacement request.
