Garvgupta008 , via OnePlus Community App , Apr 30, 2021 : My oneplus buds z are not working well after 4 months of use, their is a problem in pairing and sound lags so much. I attempted a pick and drop service by oneplus and they cancelled my request they said that they used it for approx half hour but they didn't get the issue, I said them that I have been using it for 4 months so I would be more known about its issues how they would get to know about it after using it less than 1 hr. Then in a very rude manner they said me that you can send it 10 times but we will not replace it.I want my buds replaced as I had paid for it and oneplus services and it is today also in warranty. Ashame of yourself if you are not satisfying your customers. Oneplus is worst.I also own a oneplus Nord but next time I would not buy a oneplus product.
