Don't exaggerate. Out of the hundreds of thousands sold, many people including myself are very happy with the phone. It may be the worst phone you've had, but don't use such silly blanket statements.

I would not be surprised if you plugged it in the other way around, either the micro USB or the USB port in the wall charger. At that point you'd better not show your face again. Ever.
