I rest the phone before I sent it in. I believe whoever was using it as their mp3 player banged it up too. I think I am going to. This is ridiculous.

From my understanding, I deactivated the phone before sending it in, someone at the repair shop used their account to listen to music while they had the phone then reset it before sending it to me. Now amazon doesn't want to reactive this phone back to my account because it has been registered under multiple accounts in a short period of time.

Well that's a new one for me o_O

Any chance it's not your original device and they just swapped your phone for a returned/refurbed model?

Contact Adam Krisko. Let the company investigate who used your account. You definitely deserve compensation for unauthorized use.

I would like to find out the outcome on here. Possibly see someone fired if they did that. Un-professional, unless there is a good explanation to this.

Really not cool. I can't think of any reason someone would need to use a music app. I sent it in to replace my fingerprint scanner. I will see what I can find out, but seeing as they use a third party to repair these phones in the US I doubt they will do much.

Never a dull moment with Oneplus. I wonder how long they were using the OP2 for themselves before sending it back to you. A whole new definition to the term "poor service".

I did read it. And why should it make any difference how Oneplus provide the service. They are responsible, even if they use a third party.

I think the phone, not the account, was used on Amazon. Would be a good idea to check it's serial number against the one listed on the original box.
