    I was experiencing this issue and thought i'd just a heads up for people having the same problem. Its not a fix nor a guarantee but i was following the #oneplusoneinvite on twitter and found a kind stranger who posted they had a couple of invites going and managed to get myself a 64gb only invite that worked. Hope some of you guys have some luck there too. there also the #OnePlusOne hash tag that mite bear some fruit too :D

    Can order the white 16GB only, but I want the black 64 GB. Loose my invite? First chance and straight defeat?

    i have the same problem i think the best is to buy the 16 gb and sell it on a market place and when u buy a one plus one u get more invites and then buy the 64 gb version

    I can order the 16Gb version, but when I try to order the 64Gb one it says 'you can only buy 0 Oneplus One'
    My invite is about to expire in a few hours, so hopefully OP will re-issue the invite so I can still order the 64Gb version.

    You are lucky you got that much response. I submitted a ticket, and did not get any response.

    What they are saying is that they bit more than they can chew. Or they put more money in marketing than in production or site management or customer service.

    While I sympathize with their problems, I can only curse them for wasting hours of my time and keeping me on tenterhooks.

    They did not even have the decency to inform the customers properly. If you know so many people are having problems with your invite or site, there can be a general big sign posted on the site mentioning the issues and the ETA. But, no, each customer has to submit a ticket, to which they will respond in their own sweet time.

    Given the crazy things we see in modern times, I would not even rule out the possibility that this was a publicity gimmick, creating a frenzy about the product. So that the next time, even if they jack up the price, people will fall over themselves to get it pronto! Or they can trick people into pre-ordering so that they can ensure a target of sales.

    I am not a cynic, but the rotten handling of so many people's expectations forces me to look for a sinister explanation.
