OnePlus 9 is for ₹50000. It lacks all of the following:

    1. OIS
    2. Telephoto camera
    3. Metal body
    4. IP rating
    5. Wireless charging

My next phones will be an iPhone and a Xiaomi.

I think you're referring to the 9R, but I reckon it has OIS as even my 6T has it.

That is a big downgrade right there.
Almost breaks my heart to see OnePlus going in this direction.

730€ for a phone without OIS!?! Who needs a 2mp monochrome camera? I was thinking on buying the OP9 but with a plastic frame and no OIS i will look for another brand.

The 7T was my first foray into the OnePlus world. Since then I have made the honest decision that I am staying within the Eco System, as the experience has been great.

Seeing the 9 pro and 9 unveiled makes me look forward to my decision.

But hey, I am just saying.

I agree with you. Hardware wise they have best of everything infact some features even and specs surpasses the competitor but I think it's the image processing department where they are lacking. They have to learn it from competitors like Google and Samsung. Because they are top leaders when it comes to best android imaging algorithm.

Exactly. I had hoped the need to install GCam would be eliminated this time around, atleast in the Pro model.
    Alas, OnePlus disappointed us.
Here's hoping this can be abated to some extent with software updates.
