    after the 10.5.7 update my Nord's battery drain fast. I think we are noone that's why you are not taking our feedback seriously. M I right!!!! If not plz fix it very quickly. 10% of my battery drain in just 10 minutes really r u kidding me OP????

    After 10.5.7. update some problem solved but major heating problem occurs while using Google Chrome & connectivity like Hotspot, wifi & Bluetooth. pls solve it & fast do next update.

    Very disappointed. The phone randomly shut down by itself, start to reboot and never restart, apps work poorly, as with instagram ... it doesn't work at all. Please fix it asap!

    I'm writing this feedback after 1 month of usage,
    the phone which spoiled one+ brand ...
    many of the things disappointed me..

    here few I listed....

    1. Battery not lasting for even 12 hours on normal basic usage(no games, no video streaming,no hotspot usage)
    2.Poor Camera quality, photos looks like 8mp camera
    3. Finger print reader response very low
    4. Phone heating issues
    5.poor ram management

    I am feeling like I wasted 30K on failure product... sorry One Plus
    you lost your credibility with NORD

    when we record a call other person is easily able to get that we record his /her call ,in future it can be changed that the sound comes when we start to record a call it should not reach to the other person we are calling. kindly look into the matter .

    Hi Team. There is a serious issue with the Nord. Usually I use mozilla firefox browser and put it on desktop mode and listen to audio. (with the screen off so that I can listen to youtube videos while walking on mobile data). The issue I am facing is unique and haven't faced with other phones. The audio/video will stream for some time and suddenly stop, I have to unlock the screen everytime and then the video resumes. I have to be doing this every 2 minutes for the audio to continue .
    Can you guys please let me know why this is happening? I had huge expectations from this phone and this is my first one plus. Please help......

    while sending recorded video on what's app ..the quality is so poor.. and so unclear.. it's disgusting.. big minus point on one plus nord,it's a serious issue kindly try to resolve it.
