That really depends on the circumstances. How big the person is, caliber of the weapon, number of shots missed, adrenaline, etc. There's a whole bunch of factors we can't determine.

Yes, thanks to modern smartphones. Luckily in a few cases there was someone who was in the right place and time, and quick enough, as well as having the fortitude, to get their phone out and record the abuse going on.
And then this happens if you do have the courage to record police behavior:

Yeah and all these people here that think the cops are your friends, well there are some good cops, but if you come into contact with the cops, you better hope and pray it's not any of the vast number of bad cops that shows up.

    So, yeah.

The point is looting and rioting solves nothing.

    Feel bad for Baltimore.

Low life bottom feeders disrespecting the loss of life by capitalizing on a tragedy.

    Hopefully there will be justice.

    For all.

    All lives matter.

    Truth matters.

What I'm trying to say is that 12 shots or 2 shots would be no different from each other.

Robbing and looting is just being a criminal which shows the mentality of people in that neighborhood, now put yourself into that situation and imagine dealing with people of that mindset day in and day out. When being a criminal becomes the norm in any area that's when is time to move out... The problem with police and the black community is a 2 sided problem.. The cops don't come from those areas and don't think along the same lines, the community is full of poverty and crime which breeds lawlessness apparently. Until neighborhoods police themselves and refuse to have huge amounts of criminal activity among them those areas wont ever get better.

Why you insist on derailing a thread about Baltimore?

You're obsessed with Ferguson, go start a thread about Ferguson.

Well without knowing all the facts, and without anyone being able to publish something that actually makes sense with forensic and witness evidence, my opinion is rather useless don't you think?

However, I do believe in the justice system. It was investigated, and he was not found guilty of any wrong-doing. I think we should respect that ruling no? Seeing as most of the internet is like me : ignorant of the truth.

If they are attacking them ? People are bigger and stronger then some cops. Definding themselves and the city is their JOB. If someone is trying to harm people it needs to be stopped. I could see a shot to the shoulder to try and stop them without killing but I don't know. A cop in a situation like that has to handle the situation in a way that themselves and others are safe.

Oh of course. I agree. But it goes the same way. You can't always think everything is a conspiracy either right? For all we know, this case may be legitimate.
