    Hello,

I got the problem with the Android 11 Update before this update, there was no problem about youtube. But now, it's just a shame. I used it only 1:30 h and it took 34% of my battery? This is just crazy and dont know what to do.

Hi there. This could be an optimization of the app taking place in the background. Usually after a new software update apps will automatically optimize in the background and this will cause battery drain. The best thing to do is plug your phone in and leave it at 100% for an hour or two to allow these optimizations to occur and then you shouldn't notice this as much.

Last night I noticed the same with whatsapp, and as we speak my phone is plugged in to allow in optimization to take place. Will update tomorrow to see if the drain persists.

Clearing cache MIGHT work, it would probably be best to clear cache AND plug in your phone to allow your battery to calibrate and apps optimize. Goodluck!
