well its not doing it anymore, but when you turned the screen off while music's playing, it would start to stutter some like it was fighting to keep playing while the screen's off.

2.6.2, but like I replied to the other person, it's not stuttering or whatnot anymore like it was back when I posted this. I have a couple ideas as to why I think, but I'd have to test em out.

Ok sorry, I forgot to come back here to update heh. I'm not having anymore problems, not quite sure what the issue was, I'm guessing SElinux or some other factor that doesn't come to mind at the moment...

I don't think it was that, even though I just checked now and I don't have any apps that aren't optimized from that feature at the moment.

I actually never got around to testing what I wanted to test ha...

Speaking of that, what I was wanted to try out was testing out SElinux Permissive vs. Enforced, but the only time I have a use for v4a is when I'm at work and listening to music via bluetooth speaker. I would need to bring the speaker back home but I keep forgetting to ;p

And if anyone feels the need to warn me about changing the SElinux state, no need really, I've heard many times so I'm aware that it's potentially unsafe. The actual test I was wanting to do was to see if I had issues while SElinux is Enforced, because I did the edit fix that some people have said to try, which was adding several lines to the post-fs-data.sh file located in /data/adb/modules/Viper4AndroidFX, and I swore that it didn't work, but at one point I thought it did work, so I was getting conflicting confirmation, which is why I tried just changing SElinux to Permissive, which does work.

2 Things I've noticed though, well 1 thing as well as 1 question in my head. The question is why those lines needed to be added to that .sh file when the lines added are almost the exact same lines as what's in the file sepolicy.rule , which is in the same folder. Only difference is that on each modified line, they start with:

    magiskpolicy --live

Which I don't see why that's needed if V4A has root privledges in the first place. The 1 thing I noticed also is sometimes v4a won't work (for example with Youtube Music or VLC) unless I either restart my phone, or if I force close (i do both programs for simplicity) v4a along with the music app. So I should probably do some testing to verify some things, but I just haven't gotten around to wanting to do that yet.
